(*This retreat is appropriate for those with an established yoga practice who can comfortably self-modify and are mindful of skillfully and safely expressing individual ability through the exploration of creative yoga sequencing that will be offered.)
LOCATION
Our sacred setting is Trout Lake Abbey, at the foot of Mt. Adams in Trout Lake, Washington!
Anyone that has been to this area knows of its magic, mystery and power. Two monks bought Trout Lake Abbey and turned it into a sanctuary where heaven meets earth – where people can gather together to connect, to remember, to retreat, to awaken to the Truth of who they are in an inspiring setting!
They grow much of their own food on their organic farm. Their happy chickens provide eggs. Their love can be felt throughout every aspect of the retreat grounds be it in or outdoors. You will love your time here!
RETREAT FEES & ACCOMMODATIONS
Camp $400 pp
• Bring your own tent or van camp and enjoy the amazing views!
• 2 nice indoor showers & bathrooms for campers.
• Organic shampoos/soaps are provided in all bathrooms.
• Please bring your own towel.
B&B Room Options 
“The Woman” – $525 pp – 1 queen bed (Mt view! single rm, or shared by couple)
“The Man” – $525 – 2 twin beds (Mt view!, shared room)
“The Bunk” Bed Room – $500 pp
– 1 twin bed,
1 dbl bed (under the twin)
“The Garden” Room – $500
1 dbl bed (single only)

• 4 yoga sessions in a “Practice Lab” style, to integrate & assimilate unlearning to reveal the true you!
• Guided meditations & purposeful practices that connect you to the Source of Unconditional Love.
• Toning & chanting that will shift your frequency & raise your vibration.
• 2 dinners & 2 brunches, morning coffee, tea & lite breakfast with locally sourced food from the Columbia Gorge.

$100 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERRABLE deposit secures you a spot at the retreat. Please note: B&B rooms are limited and will fill. To guarantee a room, please pay in full in the options below as deposits do not reserve rooms.
Final and full payments due NO LATER than June 15th, 2015. If your check cannot reach my address by that date, please plan to pay with credit card!
